Terms & Conditions for Payment and Cancelation

• For all room bookings and vacation packages, a deposit of 25% of the total invoice will be asked. The balance owing will be charged 90 days prior to the start of the trip.

• The deposit is partially refundable if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to arrival and following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellation received more than 90 days prior of arrival: $100 per person

  • Cancellation received between 90 to 61 days prior of arrival: 50% of the total invoice price

  • Cancellation received between 60 or fewer days prior to arrival: 100% of the total invoice price

Separate cancellation fees may apply for certain package elements that we reserve for you with other service providers for the activities.

Cancellations must be made by E-mail or postal mail and have to be confirmed by Caribou RV Park in writing! Cancellations made by any other method will not be accepted.

 

Caribou RV Park cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Acts of God, strikes, weather, aircraft delays or other causes beyond its reasonable control. Caribou RV Park will endeavour to provide all services as shown in the Package description, however, all activities are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled, postponed or changed at the sole discretion of Caribou RV Park and the guides.

 

In case of force majeure such as flight cancellations or delays, travel disruptions, weather delays or forces beyond its control Caribou RV Park is not liable to refund any amounts of money paid.

 

We strongly suggest that all of our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties.

All Cabins and Chalets are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 Guests. Additional persons on request only after confirmation from our side.

 

Rates are in Canadian dollars, GST not included.

 

Rates are for double occupancy (unless otherwise noted) including the listed services.

 

Terms & Conditions can change anytime without further notice.
